This is the only Methoxy stack I have tried. I must have purchased tens of these cans in the past few years.
Overall it gives you great workout intensity, endurance, and definitely aids in growth of muscle fibers. I have not seen any behavioral changes, no aggression or weird stuff like that. No skin problems. However this product will make you shed hair temporarily. I mean hair from your head. It will make you shed more than usual while you're on the formula but the shed hair seems to grow back once you're off of it. So try to give yourself some time between the cycles if hair on your head is important to you.
I have not noticed this product leaning me down really like it says it is supposed to. Think of it more of a product to use during Fall and Winter months to add to your growth cycle.
Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 3 times daily, 30 minutes before eating, with 8 ounces of water.
